FAQ

  • How do I know which session is right for me?

Reiki and Access Bars are both powerful tools to use in your healing journey. Both are energy healing modalities that aim to foster relaxation, mental clarity, and overall well-being, but they differ in their approach to energy. Reiki is about putting energy in, with the practitioner acting as a conduit for universal life force energy. Access Bars is about letting stored energy out by dissipating the electromagnetic charge associated with thoughts and beliefs and aids in clearing mental clutter. I work together with my clients to help determine which session is best at the time. It is helpful to experience both, as our experiences can be unique.

  • How long does it take to feel results?

Results can vary widely from person to person, since we are all unique. Some people report energy block releases while on the table during a session, while others feel a shift within hours or in the days after. We are always in control of how much healing we wish to receive. Sometimes a small shift happens because that is what is needed at the time, then another session is needed to clear more for the person.

  • Are there any side effects from a Reiki or Access Bars session?

Most of the time a person will simply feel relaxed, clear and uplifted after a Reiki or Access Bars session; however, sometimes a person my experience a healing crisis which can range from very mild to more intense. As the person's vibration rises and energy is shifted, toxins can also be released as they are processed out of the body. This can cause symptoms like headaches, fatigue, emotional response, and intestinal changes. This is only temporary and is a good sign and a part

of the healing process. Listen to what your body may need. This can include extra rest, grounding and spending time in nature, and staying hydrated.

  • How long is a session?

A session can last from anywhere from 45 to 90 minutes for both Reiki and Access Bars. I recommend no less than 1 hour for the first session, as during this session more time and clearing is usually needed. Subsequent sessions can be shortened depending on individual needs. Considering we are all on unique journey's, together we can determine how much time is needed.
