Access Bars

Access Bars is a transformative energy healing technique designed to release stress and limiting beliefs. By gently touching 32 points on the head, this process encourages relaxation and clarity, helping you to let go of what no longer serves you and allows you to fully drop into your full self. How does it get any better than this?!  Many people report feeling lighter and more at ease after a session, making it a valuable tool for personal growth and well-being. The practice was developed by Gary Douglas in 1995 and has gained popularity worldwide, with practitioners all over the world. 

What to Expect

During a session, you'll relax comfortably either lying down or sitting up, as a practitioner gently touches specific points on your head. Touching each series of points on the head is what is called "running the bars." People report feeing tingling, calmness and relaxation and thoughts shifting during a session. Afterwards, a sense of peace, clarity, and alignment can be expected.
